Delete your account in the game
The in-game process is the easiest method because you are already authenticated:
- Open Battleforge Evolutions and log in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your Profile, then Settings.
- Select Account Deletion.
- Review the deletion information and press Delete Account.
- Type YES in the confirmation dialog and press Confirm.
If you cannot access the game, email privacy@e-softinc.com. We may request information needed to identify the account and verify ownership. Do not send passwords or Google credentials. If the account was not connected to a sign-in provider and you no longer have the original device or credentials, we may be unable to verify the request.
What is deleted
Where reasonably possible, we delete or anonymize account identifiers, profile information, player name and avatar data, gameplay progress, resources, inventory, rewards, heroes, troops, buildings, alliance membership, map position, related game state, and connected Google account-binding information.
What may be retained
We may retain records needed for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. Existing shared battle reports may remain available to battle participants until their normal expiration, currently seven days.
Important notes
- Account deletion cannot be undone.
- Deleted progress, consumed purchases, inventory, resources, and account access cannot be restored.
- Removing the app from your device does not delete your account.
- Deleting Battleforge Evolutions does not delete a connected Google account.
- Open support tickets or abuse complaints may delay final deletion until they are resolved. Tickets close automatically after seven days of inactivity, so held deletion requests are actioned no later than seven days after submission.
